Considering the characteristic of materials and the challenges in chemical applications, QBF engineers carried out comprehensive survey on site and tailored the sidewall conveyor belt to meet customer’s application.

The sidewall belt is configured with S400 sidewall and TCS380 cleat with width of 1400mm. The cleats adopt European standard mold with higher loading capacity and conveying efficiency. The sidewalls are reinforced and specially treated when jointing to allow superior flexing performance so as to minimize crack.
